Every URHOME project moves through the same four phases, from the first consultation to the final reveal. It is how we keep large and small scale projects on budget, in sequence, and finished to the same standard.

    Phase 01

    Meet & Agree

    Consultation with project owner to determine:

    • Nature of the project
    • Intended use of the space
    • Extent of the design work
    • Evaluation of owners proposed ideal budget
    • Contract of engagement

    Idea & Concept

    • Brainstorming design solutions
    • Schematic drawings & floor plans
    • Design presentation for review & approval
    • Timeframe & cost estimates
